EBC is a proven outdoor fitness initiative, empowering and educating its members towards there fitness and practical objectives.

EBC was established in 2006 by an ex- Royal Marine commando and a sports scientist, pioneering unique out door fitness sessions. This winning formula is providing highly skilled instructors, delivering tough, varied and engaging fitness sessions in parks across the East of England. There are now over 2,000+ people training with EBC every week.
