With Pixelate you can pixelate, blur and anonymize people in your private photos. You can black out text on confidential photos, and you can blur out any object or license plate.
The Pixelate app includes face recognition based on machine learning, with which you can make people in your photo unrecognizable and anonymous with one click. You have the option to choose which people should be pixelated or sharpened.

The Pixelate app offers several ways to anonymize faces or things in your photo:
- Pixelate filter to pixelate
- Blur filter to blur
- Poster filter for artistic effects
- Cross filter mainly for subtle blackening of text on photos
- Sketch filter
- Blacken

You can set an intensity for each filter. Use the pen tool to apply the filter selectively and use the eraser to make corrections. Face detection creates rectangles around each face. You can use the eraser to make corrections.

Anonymize before sharing:
Before sending an image via messenger or email, go to the image --> share it first with the Pixelate app --> anonymize / blur it --> click the share button --> select the Messenger or Mail app

The app contains ads that can be disabled by upgrading to the Pro version for a one-time payment.
