smart spots uses GPS tracking and tips from other smart drivers to locate the smart spots - those sweet, sweet pieces of curb between 9’ and 13’ where only as will fit - nearest you. Street teams have located-and-measured every “smart spot” they could find in San Francisco but the app can, and should, be used by anyone.
