iAmTutor - schedule of lessons descripción

iAmTutor is an app which will help you organize your schedule. Its simple interface lets you plan your weekly routine, cancel classes, edit their prices and topics and calculate your income easily.


No need for hand-written notes anymore! Our electronic pocketbook lets you plan your activities, mark days when you have lessons, completed and cancelled classes (including group sessions), paid and unpaid lessons, analyze your income, create student profiles, edit schedules, automatically duplicate lessons for upcoming weeks, edit lessons’ duration, check on students’ free time - and much more!


Calendar
Tutors can review upcoming classes for the following day, week or month. Red dots indicate cancelled lessons while those planned and not yet completed are marked with blue dots (you can edit them manually). You can also create group sessions and change their prices based on the complexity, duration and number of students present. Study assistant lets you attach media files to various lessons. Your schedule can also be updated in one click by duplicating its fragments.


Students
Here you can create, edit and archive information on your students. Archived students are those taking a break or still planning on studying with you.


Favorites
This section lets you store documents needed for the classes. Create folders and upload files to always have access to relevant materials!


Finances
Here you can track your students’ debts, request payments and mark pre-paid lessons. Keep track of your weekly, monthly and yearly income or sort it by student.


The calendar will also benefit the tutors association by ridding them of all day-to-day problems. Every tutor can now record their activities and plans and keep the records at hand.
