Simply read the current Android advertising ID persent on your phone and used by third party companies to :

With the new CCPA regulation, user have the ability to opt-out from third party companies to use / sell their data by filling forms requiring the Android advertising identifier for which the user wish to opt-out.

Open the application and wait for the advertising ID to be displayed on the screen. You can then use the share button to copy it's value to the clipboard !!!
