Honki de Nihongo - Basic 1 descripción

Honki de Nihongo - Basic 1 CN-EN is a free app for people who are starting to learn Japanese from Chinese or English.

Users can learn and practice vocabulary, grammar, and listening skills using contents similar to units 1 through 25 of popular Japanese learning textbooks ""Minna no Nihongo"" and ""Shin Nihongo no Kiso"".

This app includes many vocabulary words and expressions frequently used in contemporary Japanese day-to-day life, as well as in the workplace.

All vocabulary words and sentences have audio recordings from a native Japanese speaker, making them suitable for both reading and listening practice. Additionally, each vocabulary word has an illustration to help convey its meaning, and help students remember the definition.

It's an excellent resource to be used in preparation for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N5.

-Main functions of the app-

1. Basic knowledge of Vocabulary/Sentence/Grammar: In each unit, users can learn the spelling/meaning/pronounciation of 60 vocabulary words and 60 sample sentences. In addition, there are grammar explanations for the sentence formats learned in each unit.

2. Flashcards: Users can practice their knowledge using flashcards with Japanese and Chinese/English on the front and back sides, respectively. A ""Memorized Box"" feature allows users to hide words and phrases they feel confident with, so they can focus on the vocabulary and sentences they find more difficult.

3. Three-Option Tests: User's understanding of the material can be practiced and measured by multiple choice tests including: Japanese --> Chinese/English, Chinese/English --> Japanese, and spoken Japanese --> Chinese/English.

4. Time trial test with ranking system: Users can apply their knowledge with timed versions of the multiple choice tests. Faster and more accurate responses get higher scores, which are used to compete for leaderboard positions, both worldwide and for individual classrooms.
