With the HiperWeb 811 App, users can respond to and check the status of their locate requests. View utility locate tickets from a map or a list. Also, crews get the quickest route to tickets by integrating with Google Maps Navigation app. The desktop version comes with the app and crews can respond and update tickets from here as well while generating on-demand reporting tools.
