“My Place” is the security application which gives essential services and covers major security needs of daily life.

It will start with Security self login process which identify who is present at where for easy access.

Just to make an easier for daily services ( I.e Servant , Cleaner ) Pre approved gate pass shall be made available during In/Out at gate .

Pre Approved visitors gate pass can be generated and checked in case of there is some function or get together and high footfall is expected.

Upon arrival of random visitor/guest there are some checkpoints for security purpose as following :

Fingerprint taken , Photo ID check and live photo clicked to store security data in the application .

In case of parcel delivery , delivery boy shall be allowed to get in subject to respective member’s approval . If not available then drop off facility at security cabin shall be there with received notification to the member.

Child security is the focal concern of the parents so application can be handy for them. In case of kid goes out of home alone and parents are not aware about it and if it comes in security’s notice then security can be helpful in this. As security will ask a kid about his/her home and if he/she can’t reply then security will inform to the admin / parents / member and kid can be sent to home safely .

Vehicle management is also the issue at some place. Here , if any member’s vehicle is parked haphazardly then security can trace the vehicle owner details and inform them to avoid parking space crunch .

Security can be available for any emergency arised in case of non working of lift , fire incident etc..
