MyRowing descripción

MyRowing is a fitness app for rowing machines from Sportstech (www.sportstech.de). The devices RSX500 and RSX600 are supported. This app can be used instead of eHealth.

- Standard programs of the device
- Extended programs (e. g.: interval training according to stroke rate, watt or in pulse ranges)

- Statistics with detailed Display
- Sharing workout's
- Popup-Window -> Switch to the popup window during the workout and use other apps (e.g.: Youtube).

Extras
- Use of heart rate measurement via device
- Use of heart rate measurement via Bluetooth or ANT+ (must be connected to smartphone / tablet)
- Adjustable distance per stroke added to the route
- Export of activity as FIT or CSV file
- Light and dark surface
