Alive is not just decreasing the number of cigarettes you smoke gradually. It adapts to you throughout the process to maximize results.

It doesn't matter if you smoke every day or just sometimes, if you smoke at night or all day. Alive will help you to quit smoking, reducing the anxiety.

You can go at your own pace, alive will adapt to how you feel with the advances, allowing you to lengthen the process if you need to take more time in any phase.

HOW DOES IT WORKS?

Alive calculates the waiting times between cigarettes and week by week lengthens them slightly. In this way, your body gradually gets used to leaving the substances to which it is dependent. This way we reduce the anxiety for these substances to the maximum while still having significant progress.

In the last 4 phases, we change the methodology to accompany you until the end of the process. In them, you will decide what time to smoke the number of cigarettes allowed per day or per week.
