StretchMinder: Stand Up Break descripción

StretchMinder is a wellness coach made for those with desk jobs and those who sit for long periods of time. While everyone can benefit from adding regular low-impact exercises into their daily routine, it is especially beneficial for those with ADHD [1], RSI, and chronic pain conditions like Fibromyalgia [2].

Get reminded to take a break from your chair, move around and stretch. Customize your work break schedule, and set your workouts between 2-7 minutes at a time so that you can easily fit a short workout in between your next task or meeting.

We are on a mission to make movement a movement. Our world has never been more sedentary, and the latest research has shown that just because you get in an hour of exercise a day does not account for the rest of the hours you spend bound to your chair.
