Track My Training descripción

This is a simple application to log and follow your trianing statistics. It allows you to input training results by two categories, endurance or strength, and then follow up on these using simple graphs.

The endurance is measured by meters of training during an amount of time in minutes, the graph shows the average time to complete 1km.

The strength is measured by a weight measure (not neccesarily kilos or pounds), sets and repitions. These are then combined and shown in graph.

This is no killer tool to match all purposes but a simple, ease of use-oriented app just to follow up whether you get better or worse in respective activities of training.
