Transcribe Helper descripción

This player helps to transcribe songs, interviews, texts etc. in mp3 format.

The player allows listening to a file and:
* change the playback speed
* change the playback pitch
* make long and short steps back and forward (step is configurable)
* make a step back when paused (step is configurable)
